Although our classes are a balance between conversation, grammar, vocabulary and written comprehension, we pay special attention to the conversation since we want you to start speaking Spanish in your daily life as soon as possible, so our methodology is dynamic, communicative and participatory.
We will not only teach you grammar rules, but also a language so you can communicate.
Although our teachers will teach you Spanish in Spanish, don’t be afraid, since 2001 more than 40.000 students have successfully learned Spanish in our school with this method.
You can choose from long term courses with few hours per week to really Intensive with even 30 hours per week.
There are classes in the morning, at noon or in the afternoon – in groups, private or combined, whatever suits you best.
You can customize private classes and study business Spanish, prepare for official exams, work on reading comprehension, conversation or any other subject that is of your interest. Private classes are 100% customizable.
At school we work with six levels (A1, A2, B1, B2, C1 and C2) according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (MERC), although we normally divide a level into two or three sub-levels.
In our classes you will learn grammar in a practical and dynamic way. We teach through the functional acquisition of language, in other words, the student explores and learns concepts through real situations.
Although 90% of our classes are taught in the classroom, we believe it is important to go out and take advantage of the opportunities that Barcelona offers us. Thus, you will not only practice Spanish in real situations but you will also know our city and culture in the process. An example is classes at the La Boqueria market or in the Born district.
Before starting the course you will take an exam so that we can evaluate both your grammar level and the conversation level. This allows us to assign you to the right group.
At the end of the course you will receive a certificate of attendance and achievement with the dates of the course, the hours taken and the contents made at the level or levels attended. You can use this certificate if you want to validate University credits (ECTS) in your university as long as this has been approved previously by your University.
